All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once dispatched, your order should arrive within 3–5 working days. Tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is on its way.

Yes. Every piece is carefully assembled and checked before being packaged, so it will arrive finished and ready to wear—or ready to gift.

Please contact us as soon as possible after ordering. Because personalised pieces may be assembled quickly, we can only make changes before your jewellery has been created or dispatched.

The number of charms depends on the piece you're creating. Necklaces are available with 3, 5 or 7 charms, bracelets with 3 or 5, earrings with 1 or 2 charms per hoop, and our rose-gold keychains include 3 charms.

Absolutely—that's what The Accessory Haus is all about. Choose your base necklace, bracelet, earrings or keychain, then personalise it with your favourite charms from our collection of over 100 designs.

Yes, all of our jewellery is made from high-quality stainless steel with 18K gold PVD plating, making it water-resistant and tarnish-resistant for everyday wear — apart from our rose gold keychain. To keep all pieces looking their best, we recommend avoiding harsh chemicals and storing carefully when not being worn.

A 45cm necklace is the most popular everyday length, usually sitting around the collarbone. We also offer 50cm and 60cm options for a longer fit. Our necklaces include a 5cm extender, allowing you to adjust the length to suit your preferred look.

We usually go live every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday at either 1pm or 4pm. Follow us on TikTok and Instagram for the confirmed time—we'll always post before going live.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, in the wrong size, or you receive somebody else's order, we'll provide our returns address and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
